I’m a Life & Mindset Coach and Reiki Master Practitioner based in Coolum Beach, Australia.

After walking my own path of healing and spiritual awakening over the past decade, I’ve developed a deep passion for supporting and empowering others as they move through their own journey of transformation and self-discovery.

My work blends science and spirituality - helping you reconnect with your intuition, release what no longer serves you, and step into the most aligned version of yourself.
