These sessions are incredibly supportive to anyone and everyone along their healing journey. I encourage clients to come with an intention for the session. We will discuss what has been coming up for you in your life lately. You can share as much or as little as feels right. With this intention in mind, we will begin the healing portion of the session. You will get cozy on the massage table (or in your own cozy spot at home) and we will start by doing a progressive relaxation technique to ground your energy. I often include various techniques throughout the session such as sound healing, crystal healing, and breath-work. I will then begin the Reiki healing portion of the session. I will check which of your chakras are aligned or in need of support, receive messages from your guides/spirit team, and work to rebalance and/or remove any blockages in your energetic body. We then discuss what came up during the session and the messages that came through.

Clients report feeling grounded, aligned, peaceful, relaxed, transformed, and empowered from the reiki healing and the intuitive messages that come through.
