You Already Know

You Know You Are
Capable Of Showing Up Fully.

  • Posting the thing without rewriting it four times first
  • Sharing the real number, the real story, the real result — without softening it
  • Saying "actually, it's been really hard" instead of "I'm fine"
  • Charging what you're worth without the guilt creeping in after
  • Being seen at the size you actually are, not the smaller version you've gotten comfortable being

But part of you is still hiding behind the shame

  • Staying quiet about the thing you're actually proud of, because visibility feels too exposing
  • Shrinking your story down so it doesn't take up too much space
  • Over-explaining or justifying yourself before anyone's even asked
  • Waiting until you feel "healed enough" before you let yourself be seen
  • Holding onto the same shame story for years, because naming it out loud feels scarier than carrying it

You've gotten used to carrying it quietly — and I get it, it feels safer that way. But shame doesn't stay quiet forever. It just gets heavier.

Shame is one of the densest emotions we carry. It doesn't move like anger or sadness — it sits. It compounds. It convinces you it's the truth about who you are, instead of just a story you picked up somewhere along the way.

But here's what changes everything: when we can start to welcome the shame in — really look at it, name it, understand where it came from — it begins to loosen its grip. Not through force, but through recognition.

You can't transform what you won't look at. But the moment you do, it stops running the show.

And that's exactly what we're going to be doing together in this challenge.

This Is For The Woman Who Is
Done Carrying It Quietly.

Who knows that if she keeps hiding this part of herself, she'll keep building from a smaller place than she's actually capable of.

Who is done shrinking, done over-explaining, done letting an old story decide what she's allowed to show the world.

She knows that once shame is named, it starts to lose its grip — and she's ready to feel that shift for herself.

Inside This Challenge

3 Days To Actually
Feel The Shift — Not Just Understand It.

This isn't information you read and nod along to. It's a lived, guided process — daily prompts, trainings, and audios from me, inside a private Telegram group, so you can do the work in real time.

This is a private community channel — you won't see anyone else's name or profile, and no one will see yours. It's just you, the content, and the space to actually feel into it without any pressure.

Day 1 — Name It

We start where it actually lives. A guided process to help you identify and liberate the shame — even if it's just to yourself.

Day 2 — Trace It

We go back to where it started, and look honestly at what it's been quietly costing you — your visibility, your decisions, your growth, your happiness.

Day 3 — Release It

A practical, tangible release exercise to help you actually let it go — not just talk about letting it go. You'll leave with something new in its place.

I'll be walking through this with you the same way I've walked through it myself. This year, shame is something I've really been intimately working with. I was navigating so much uncertainty in the first half of 2026, and I felt so much shame — that I wasn't doing enough, wasn't successful enough. I was hiding behind a version of me that was wearing a mask, trying to look perfect on the outside while I was moving through some really heavy emotions on the inside.

After really working on this and processing what kept coming up, I've liberated so much of this dense emotion from my being. And you know what happened next? I started feeling joy again. I started choosing things in my life that would actually make me happy. I started doing things that brought me into the present — not from a performative place, but from a place of pure devotion and love.

Liberating shame has been instrumental in creating that shift in my life. And in this challenge, I'm going to share the knowledge, tools, and practices that helped me get there.

Meet Your Host

Hi, I'm Alia.

Certified Master Coach

I've always been someone who follows her gut, wears her heart on her sleeve, and chooses the path that feels right over the one that feels safe. So when my partner (who lived in Australia while I lived in Canada) came into my life, there was really only one thing to do. I packed up everything I knew — my home, my friends, my family, my career — and started completely fresh on the Sunshine Coast, Australia.

That move was one of the biggest identity shifts I've ever been through. Stepping into the unknown, rebuilding yourself from scratch, feeling unmoored from everything familiar — it tests you in ways you don't expect. But it also taught me something I now know to be true at my core: the leap always lands you where you're meant to go.

Now I guide ambitious, heart-centred women to release what's holding them back, rewire their minds, and step boldly into the life they're meant to live.

A Space That's
Just Yours.

No profiles, no names, no one watching how you show up. This challenge happens inside a private community channel, built so you can actually feel into what comes up without the pressure of being seen while you're still processing it.

Just you, three days of guided prompts, and the space to finally put this down.
